Mr. Doug Earlenbaugh is the Fine Arts Administrator and Director of Bands at Norfolk Christian Schools. He has been a band director for over 21 years. Mr. Earlenbaugh earned his Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Wichita State University. He has done his Masters’ work at WSU and Old Dominion University. Mr. Earlenbaugh spent four years at The Armed Forces School of Music as the Saxophone Instructor. Currently, he is the Associate Director & Conductor for the 380th US Army Band in Richmond, VA. He is an active guest clinician and conductor in the three-state area, as well as a select adjudicator for Heritage Music Festivals, Music in the Parks, and Festivals of Music companies. Additionally, he has recently published research in the July, 2011 issue of The Instrumentalist Magazine. Mr. Earlenbaugh stays active as a performer in the Hampton Roads area, performing with named artists and performers. He and his family live in Virginia Beach, VA.
